Improved Scheduling Interface for Businesses with Shorter Days / Shorter Shifts

We originally built Humanity to accommodate a wide variety of businesses. This meant that our interface needed to work for businesses that schedule using the full 24 hours of the day to some that need just the afternoons, for example. The same thing goes for longer shifts (6-8-12 hours) vs shorter shift times (30mins – 2 hours).

The new format is essentially the same as the old one, except for it makes 15min time points as opposed to the current 30min marks. This effectively doubles the length of the employee scheduler making short shifts for example much more useful:

Switching between modes is super easy. On your “Dashboard,” click on the “Settings'” link on the left-hand side. This will take you to your profile/account settings. Here, under “Calendar Settings,” you’ll find the new option:
